HECTOR
Principal CPA & President
Hector has been in business for over 25 years. As the Principal CPA and one of the firm’s co-founders, he brings real-world perspective to financial strategy. His background includes leadership roles in construction and homebuilding, experience inside Fortune 200 environments, and public accounting work right here in Spokane. He understands that behind every set of books is a team of people trying to build something meaningful.
Hector is known for making complicated topics feel manageable. Clients count on him for practical tax planning, honest guidance about risk and opportunity, and communication that is clear, direct, and useful. He studied business and accounting at Washington State University and earned his Master of Accounting from University of Washington.
Outside of work, Hector gives back to his community through organizations like Latinos en Spokane and Toastmasters International – investing in leadership, education, and the future of local entrepreneurs.

MARIA
VICE PRESIDENT & DIRECTOR OF HISPANIC AFFAIRS
Maria has an accomplished track record of owning a successful retail company in the Tri-City area for over 13 years. She has managed all facets of a growing business. She is a dedicated resource for questions regarding payroll, operational strategies, marketing, and more. She is an expert liaison for the clients who operate mostly within the Hispanic community. Her compassion and dedication for excellence is unrivaled and her knowledge in diversity brings with it a social advantage to her clients. The feedback loop that she provides has been instrumental in the development of new programs that have gained new market leads, consistent results, and fulfilling work.

MARKETING DIRECTOR
Rachel brings more than a decade of transferable experience from her years at Nordstrom’s Corporate Office, where she has honed a deep understanding of brand strategy, customer experience, and high-stake communication. At our firm, she leads marketing initiatives, guides our strategic campaigns, and researches ways to simplify changes in our tax code for our followers. Her background in a world-class retail environment allows her to translate complex challenges into approachable and engaging narratives. She helps us stay connected with the current events while expanding our reach with authenticity and purpose.
DANIELLE
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Danielle supports the firm through client experience coordination, administrative operations, and day‑to‑day internal support. She brings a strong background in customer-facing roles and is skilled at managing high-touch communication, timelines, and follow-through. She is often the first point of contact for clients and plays an important role in keeping matters organized, responsive, and moving efficiently. Danielle has a way of keeping things organized and moving – making life easier for both our clients and our team.
